JIS University Strengthens International Collaboration Through Signing of Four MoUs in Vietnam



Kolkata, 1May , 2024: JIS University, takes another significant step towards global academic collaboration by signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with four esteemed universities in Vietnam. The agreements were inked during a recent visit to Vietnam by representatives from JIS Group, aimed at promoting academic exchange and research collaboration. Sila Singh Ghosh, Vice President of JIS Group, representing JIS University, led the signing ceremony in Vietnam. The event was graced by the presence of Bidyut Majumdar, Deputy Director of Business Development at JIS Group, who underscored the importance of such collaborations in advancing educational opportunities and cross-cultural understanding.

These partnerships mark a pivotal moment in JIS University's commitment to cultivating global ties and promoting academic excellence on an international scale. The MoUs were signed with The Hong Bang International University, FPT University, Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, and Ho Chi Minh City Open University. The agreements encompass a wide array of collaborative initiatives, including student and faculty exchanges, joint research endeavors, academic conferences, and various other academic engagements. Such endeavors are poised to create opportunities for cross-cultural learning and innovation, benefiting the educational landscape of both Vietnam and India.
