Kolkata, 27th November 2023: SBIHM, a pioneer in the field of education, marked its 24th anniversary with a grand celebration on Saturday, 25th November 2023, at City Centre 1, CII Ground. The event, held in the esteemed presence of notable dignitaries, showcased the institution's commitment to excellence in education.
The celebration was graced by the presence of Dr Sagnik Chowdhury, Deputy Director General & Regional Director (East), Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India; Shaon Sen, Addl Director & Joint Secretary, Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Dept., Govt of WB; Santi Das, Superintendent of Police WBHRC West Bengal; Tilottama Majumdar, Novelist; and Arpita Bose, Actress & Model.
The celebration was further enhanced by captivating performances from distinguished artists. Chandrabindu, a renowned band from Bengal, mesmerised the audience with their enchanting melodies. Additionally, the audience were treated to the soulful tunes of Sanchita Bhattacharya, a well-known Bollywood playback singer. The event also spotlighted the lively spirit of SBIHM students, actively engaging in the festivities. Students from diverse academic backgrounds collaborated to curate cultural events, presenting their talents and creativity. The students' enthusiasm and energy infused a dynamic atmosphere into the celebration, showcasing the vibrant and diverse community at SBIHM.
