Kolkata, 10 October, 2023: The Indian Chamber of Commerce organised the "Diamond Conclave" on Saturday, 7th October 2023, to discuss the Diamond Vision 2030. Actress Neelam Kothari Soni raised that glamour quotient at the event.
A special session was conducted with the participation of Neelam Kothari Soni and Sheetal Bamalwa from Nemichand Bamalwa & Sons and a member of LSG on Neelam's viewpoint of the diamond industry. The gathering concluded with an enchanting Jewellery Fashion Show, bringing an element of elegance to the occasion.
Speaking at the occasion, the actress turned designer said, “Kolkata is my favourite city, not only because of the food or midnights but because it knows quality and loves art and culture. I feel the present trend is now in simplistic design. The newer generation has become so cautious. My collections are more tuned in the prevalent style. It is young. Moreover, people are moving towards minimalism and smarter designs.”
She added, “Being a jeweller, I have an eye for detail. A lot of my clients ask for certification. We have become extremely smart and intelligent in terms of purchasing jewellery.”
