Kolkata, 5 September, 2023: The Namibia Tourism Board and the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority announced their momentous collaboration with TravelLive, a pioneering digital-age travel start-up, to introduce Namibian and Zimbabwean tourism to Eastern India for the first time. The event was organised on the glorious occasion of TravelLive’s Second Anniversary celebration, held at the Lalit Great Eastern Hotel in Kolkata. The event was followed by a "Wildlife Photography Display" by actor Sabyasachi Chakraborty from his recent visit to the South African countries of Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. His Excellency Mr. Gabriel Sinimbo, the High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia to India, concurrently accredited to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and Mr. Lovemore Ncube, Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in India, representing His Excellency the Ambassador of Zimbabwe to India, graced the event. Additionally, distinguished guests like Sabyasachi Chakraborty; Actor & Adviser, TravelLive; Indrani Banerjee, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, South Eastern Railway; Chandan Sen, Actor along with Mahuya Sengupta, Founder Director, TravelLive; Pinaki Mitra, Founder & CEO, TravelLive; and Ritam Saha, Manager, Passenger & Cargo Services, India, Nepal & Bhutan, The International Air Transport Association (IATA), were also present at the event.

His Excellency Mr. Gabriel Sinimbo, the High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia to India, expressed his gratitude, saying, "TravelLive was the first travel operator to have undertaken an organised group tour to Namibia this year. During the launch event, Mr. Sabyasachi Chakraborty, Adviser & Brand Ambassador, said, "My love for nature and forests is well known. I passionately enjoyed our trip to Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe and the excellent opportunity for wildlife photography. The TravelLive team is very close to our family.
