Kolkata, 6 September 2023: The TiE Kolkata Chapter proudly announces the appointment of Kamal Agarwala, Founder & CEO of La Exactlly Software Pvt Ltd as the new President during the 23rd Annual General Meeting.
The meeting also saw the appointment of the new Vice-President, Atul Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO of APPseCONNECT, and Honorary Secretary, Alkesh Agarwal, Co-Founder & CEO of Refeel.
TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), originally founded in Silicon Valley, is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing entrepreneurs across industries and stages of development – from incubation to full-fledged enterprises. With a dual emphasis on global reach and local impact, TiE is driven by five foundational pillars: Mentoring, Networking, Education, Funding, and Incubation.
Over the course of its 30-year history, TiE has expanded to include more than sixty chapters worldwide, transforming into a dynamic platform for entrepreneurs, professionals, industry leaders, and investors to connect, collaborate, and cultivate lasting relationships.
Kamal Agarwala expressed his vision for the Kolkata Chapter, saying, "Our vision is clear: to foster an environment that nurtures growth, cultivates ideas, and empowers our members to achieve their utmost potential.
