12 August 2023: Metro Railway’s Women Table-Tennis team has made Metromen proud again! They have won the Bronze Medal in the Team Championship of the 69th All India Railway Table-Tennis Championship, 2023-24 being held at Maligaon, Guwahati from 7th August to 11th August 2023. Seven Railway teams have been participating in this Championship.
The members of this Women Table-Tennis team are Shreya Ghosh, Anushree Hazra, Rupsa Bhattacharya, Moumita Dutta and Poymantee Baisya. In the third, fourth position decider, Metro eves defeated Western Railway eves by 3-1.
P Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway has congratulated all the team members for their performance in this tournament.
